The security of your personal data is very important to us. That is why Jüngling
GmbH informs you here about the range and the use of the data collected from
our website. Personal data include the name, address, email address, telephone
number, but also, if need be, the IP address, and other information which can
be helpful in identifying a person.

website. For statistical purposes regarding the use of our website, the
following information is saved: the name, the specific name of the website

link to the previously visited website) and the IP address.
2. Handling personal data
In order to provide our services, we, however, require your personal data.
When you voluntarily give us your personal data, we save and use it only as far
as it is necessary for the provision of our services, the fulfillment of the
contract or in responding to a request. For data security reasons, individuals
under 18 years of age should not share any personal details with us without the
consent of a parental or legal guardian. If you create a comment/contribution
on our website, your IP address is also saved. This is necessary because,
otherwise, we could be legally held accountable for content-related
infractions.

Visitors may transfer messages via our website to our auditing
and tax consulting firm. To be able to receive a response at least it is needed
a valid email address. All other information is to be given voluntary by the
visitor. By sending the message the inquiring person complies with the
processing of the personal data. The data processing is carried out exclusively
for purpose of processing and answering of requests via the contact form on the
basis of the voluntarily given consent according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 sentence 1
letter a) DSGVO. Any personal data provided for the use of the contact
form will be automatically deleted as soon as the request is fulfilled and
there are no other reasons for a further storage of data (e.g. a following engagement
of our company)

Our website does not use cookies.
4. Disclosure to third parties
As a matter of principle, we do not disclose personal data. A disclosure
only occurs if it is necessary for the provision of a service or the execution
of a contract. If, on account of our field of activity in the international
setting, it is necessary to disclose personal data with a country outside of
the European Union, this always takes place under the prerequisite of a
corresponding level of data security of the respective recipient.
5. Information, deletion and
withdrawal
At any time, you receive free information without giving reasons about your
saved data. You can lock, edit or delete your gathered data at any time and
object to the data collection and storage provided there are not any legal
obligations to retain the data. You can, at any time, cancel the permission
granted to us for data collection and use without giving any reasons. Please
